I am happy to write this Letter of Recommendation for Kevin Feather.
Kevin was my agent in a recent house purchase. Navigating the often
crazy San Francisco Real Estate market is not an easy task and Kevin
was a fantastic agent!
Kevin guided me towards my purchase last February after a number
of attempts at the biding game. He was always accurate in helping
me place a strong offer and I feel that I did not overpay for the
property I purchased. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable of the San
Francisco Real Estate market and was very patient walking me through
all the necessary steps to completing my transaction.
Kevin also had a strong team of folks working with him - he referred
me to a mortgage broker that was great and also managed the title
documents that were not so clear since this property was new and
unwarranted. IF Kevin did not have an immediate answer he quickly
